An interesting twist on the quintessential British dessert of rhubarb and custard, with the addition of continental chocolate notes.  Lots of fresh rhubarb aromas, modified with creamy dairy notes, followed by lingering, delicious, chocolate with hints of tonka and vanilla bean.
